These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the h2bet website and all related services. By accessing the h2bet platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use services at h2bet. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request relevant documentation to verify your age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, or device. Opening multiple accounts is a clear violation of platform policy and may result in the closure of some or all accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and in any subsequent communication. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. h2bet will never ask for your password via email or chat.

• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

h2bet currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions through any method outside this list are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. If verification is not completed, withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended.

4.4 Account Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, h2bet reserves the right to verify your identity, address, and payment method. This may require a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved documents.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

h2bet offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus).

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or an attempt to obtain bonuses through manipulation is detected, h2bet reserves the right to suspend the account and cancel the associated bonus.

• Claiming benefits from the same promotion through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses must be used before they expire — the expiry date is stated in the details of each offer.
• Restrictions may apply to the use of bonuses on certain games.

h2bet operates a five-tier VIP program for active members. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Members can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular play and active participation. h2bet maintains its own criteria for determining VIP tiers and reserves the right to change program terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h2bet platform:

• Attempting to win through fraudulent or dishonest means.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated methods.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Misusing communication channels or sending spam.

In the event of any of the above violations, h2bet reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action where necessary.

All content on the h2bet platform — logos, graphics, text, interface design, software — is the exclusive property of h2bet. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content is prohibited.

Third-party game providers (e.g. Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) own their respective intellectual property, and their content is governed by their own terms and conditions.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

The h2bet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. h2bet accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical issues, interruptions to third-party services, or other uncontrollable factors.

The full risk of losing money through gambling lies with the user. h2bet makes no guarantees regarding gaming outcomes and does not guarantee any winnings.

Any dispute between h2bet and a user will first be addressed through discussion. In the event of a dispute, please contact our support team in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties may refer the matter to a mutually agreed neutral mediator.
